O comitê de organização da I Conferência Internacional de Pesquisa em Sonoridades convida todos os pesquisadores que participaram e apresentaram trabalho presencialmente no evento a submeterem artigos para o livro impresso da conferência. Elaboramos um formato inusitado diferente para a publicação. Os tradicionais capítulos serão intercalados por descrições de performances artísticas – textos curtos em que os conferencistas que realizaram performances, oficinas, instalações artísticas ou descreveram sua arte sonora em apresentação de trabalho poderiam descrevê-los de forma sucinta, acompanhado de um link específico no domínio www.sonoridades.net onde podemos hospedar arquivos sonoros, visuais ou audiovisuais..

 

Em princípio, contaremos com 16 capítulos e 17 intervenções, mas esse número pode variar.

 

Regras importantes:

 

  1. TEMÁTICA: solicitamos o envio do artigo completo mantendo o tema do resumo publicado nos anais. Estudamos a possibilidade de articulação de trabalhos e autores com pesquisas correlatas em uma única proposta de artigo, desde que se trate da articulação das respectivas apresentações realizadas no I CIPS. Neste caso, pedimos que os interessados nos consultem por email com urgência, apresentando esta proposta alternativa para avaliarmos se ela é viável.

  2. FORMATAÇÃO DE ARTIGO: os artigos devem ser enviados no formato .doc ou .docx, contando com no máximo 15 páginas (ilustrações, tabelas, anexos e referências inclusas) utilizando o modelo-padrão de submissão fornecido no endereço a seguir: modelo para capítulos. O texto deve apresentar objetivo(s), metodologia, referencial teórico, problema de pesquisa e considerações finais e deve, ainda, acentuar sua aderência com um dos 5 eixos da chamada de trabalhos. Não serão avaliados textos em outras formatações.

  3. FORMATAÇÃO DE DESCRIÇÃO DE PERFORMANCE ARTÍSTICA: o texto deverá ter no máximo duas páginas, utilizando o modelo-padrão de submissão fornecido no endereço a seguir: modelo para descrição de performance artística. Arquivos de áudio, vídeo e fotos poderão ser abrigados no site do evento. Desse modo, o autor poderá remeter o leitor para o site caso queira que o mesmo ouça ou veja seus materiais. Em caso positivo, o autor deverá enviar este material para análise, preferencialmente via https://wetransfer.com. Não serão avaliados textos em outras formatações.

  4. AUTORIA: um autor poderá assinar apenas um único artigo ou intervenção artística. Artigos e intervenções podem ser assinadas por mais de uma pessoa, inclusive encorajamos tal prática, desde que pelo menos uma destas pessoas tenham participado apresentando trabalho no I CIPS. Se um mesmo autor assinar duas submissões, ambas estarão automaticamente eliminadas da avaliação.

  5. AVALIAÇÃO: Os textos e intervenções passarão pelo crivo do comitê científico da I CIPS, que irá escolher os textos mais adequados. Como critérios de avaliação, serão considerados:

    1. Aderência ao tema geral da conferência

    2. Relação com o resumo apresentado na conferência

    3. Atualidade dos referenciais e das discussões propostas

    4. Densidade da análise

    5. Clareza da redação

  1. PRAZOS: 

    1. AUTORES: Envio do artigo completo ou intervenção artística: até 1º/9;

    2. PARECERISTAS: Envio de parecer (aceito, aceito com alterações, recusado) - até 29/9;

    3. AUTORES: Envio da segunda versão (em caso de alteração solicitada) - até 15/10;

    4. EDITORES: Divulgação final dos textos e intervenções aprovadas - até 25/10.

The Organizing Committee of the First International Conference on Sonority Research invites all researchers who attended and presented papers at the event to submit chapters to the printed book of the conference. We prepared a different format for the publication. The traditional chapters will be intertwined with descriptions of artistic performances - short texts in which the lecturers who presented performances, workshops, artistic installations or analyzed their sound art in their presentations could describe them succinctly, accompanied by a specific link at our web page www.sonoridades.net where we can host audio, visual or audiovisual files.

 

We intend to have 16 chapters and 17 interventions, but this number may vary.

 

Important rules:

 

  1. THEME: we request the submission of the complete article keeping the abstract theme published in the annals. We study the possibility of articulating papers and authors with related researches in a single article proposal, as long as it is the articulation of the respective presentations at I CIPS. In this case, we ask interested parties to consult us by email urgently, presenting this alternative proposal to evaluate if it is feasible.

  2. FORMATTING OF CHAPTER: Articles must be sent in .doc or .docx format, with a maximum of 15 pages (illustrations, tables, annexes and references included) using the standard submission template provided at the following address: template for chapters. The text should present objective(s), methodology, theoretical reference, research problem and final considerations and should also accentuate its adherence to one of the 5 axes of the Conference's call for papers. No texts will be evaluated in other formats.

  3. FORMATTING DESCRIPTION OF ARTISTIC PERFORMANCE: The text should have a maximum of two pages, using the standard submission template provided at the following address: template for descriptions of artistic performance. Audio, video and photo files can be hosted at the event website. Thus, the author can refer the reader to the site if he or she wants to hear or see their materials. If so, the author should submit this material for review, preferably via https://wetransfer.com. No texts will be evaluated in other formats.

  4. AUTHORSHIP: An author may submit only a single article or artistic intervention. Articles and interventions may be submitted by more than one person, and we encourage such practice, as long as at least one of those people have participated in the conference by presenting a paper in I CIPS. If the same author signs two submissions, both submissions are automatically ruled out from the evaluation.

  5. EVALUATION: The texts and interventions will be reviewed by the scientific committee of I CIPS, which will choose the most appropriate texts.

      As evaluation criteria, the following topics will be considered:

  1. Adherence to the general theme of the conference

  2. Relation to the abstract presented at the conference

  3. Current level of references and proposed discussions

  4. Analysis Density

  5. Clarity of writing

    1. AUTHORS: Full article submission or artistic intervention: until 1/9;

    2. OPINIONS: Submission of opinion (accepted, accepted with corrections, rejected) - until 29/9;

    3. AUTHORS: Submission of the second version (in case of requested change) - until 15/10;

    4. EDITORS: Final decision on texts and approved interventions - until 25/10.
